3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or technician availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is required upon completion of service via secure card or online payment methods. Invoices are available upon request.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate contact, location, and vehicle details when booking.
  • The service area must be safe, accessible, and legal for work to be performed.
  • We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle or inaccessibility due to locked areas.

6. Warranty & Liability

We warrant that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any damage due to pre-existing faults or conditions.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Grandsons Auto Care and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy
